Hello and welcome to The Sock Monkeys official website. The Sock Monkeys have been entertaining audiences since 1999 playing their own brand of Classic Soul, British Invasion, California surf, and Jersey shore music.
At every Sock Monkey performance you hear raw rock and roll sounds emanating from seven accomplished musicians. The Sock Monkeys deliver "no holds barred" interpretations to the delight of dancing fans throught the mid-Atlantic.
Eric Brace, writing in an article from The Washington Post said, "...The Sock Monkeys were rocking out like they're the Rolling Stones...I'm a Sock Monkey Fan". Brian Truitt of the metropolitan Washington area Journal newspapers characterized The Sock Monkeys "...a time warp..." And former Presidential candidate and magazine czar Steve Forbes firmly stated,"...The Sock Monkeys really know how to rock".
